General Terms
When you confirm your purchase by submitting your order, you have accepted Toolbox Sweden AB’s terms of purchase, thereby placing a binding order. All goods remain our property until full payment has been received. Any attempt at fraud will be reported to the police.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in text, pricing, and product information for all products in our range.
Prices
The prices in the store are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor), and you can choose whether to view prices including or excluding VAT by selecting whether you are shopping as an individual or a company in the top left corner.
Orders
If the purchaser is under 18 years of age, parental consent must be obtained before completing the purchase.
Handling of Personal Data
The first time you shop with us, we ask you to fill in your customer information, such as name, address, email address, and phone number. By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your information within our operations to fulfill our obligations to you. It is important that you provide the correct email address as the order confirmation will be sent there.
We handle your personal data with the utmost care and guarantee, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), that your customer information is used correctly by Toolbox Sweden AB. According to GDPR, you have the right to request the information we have registered about you. Payment by Invoice
To shop on invoice, you must be over 18 years old and have no payment defaults. Your address must be the same as your registered address. If the invoice is not paid within the stipulated time (14 days), the invoice amount will automatically be transferred to debt collection.
Delivery
The delivery time for products varies depending on the manufacturer, as we do not have all products in stock. Toolbox Sweden AB strives for quick deliveries. If you want a delivery date before placing your order, please contact our customer service. Deliveries are primarily made by DHL. If weight, volumes, delivery addresses, or other factors exceed our conditions with DHL, deliveries may also be made by Postnord, UPS, Bring, DSV, or FedEx.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty regarding material and manufacturing defects. The product warranty does not apply to consumables. Always keep your receipt/invoice! The invoice serves as proof of warranty!
Complaints
We inspect all goods before sending them out, but if the product is damaged or defective in any way, or if you received the wrong product or the wrong quantity, please contact us so that we can rectify the error. As soon as you receive the package, always check that nothing is damaged.
If You Change Your Mind
The Consumer Purchase Act applies when you shop with us, meaning you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (valid from the date you receive your notice). The product must be unused and undamaged in its original packaging. You should also include a copy of the delivery note and receipt. We will refund the value of the product (not shipping and handling fees). Send the products in a parcel and specify the account to which you want your money transferred. Don’t forget the bank’s clearing number. If payment was made via Klarna, the refund will also be made in the same way within 30 days. Always contact us before returning anything. We do not collect parcels without prior agreement and do not redeem cash on delivery. If you wish to return a machine or product powered by cord or battery from Festool, Tormek, Wagner, or Senco, Toolbox will refund the product's value minus 10% (provided it first meets the above requirements).
Companies
If you are purchasing for your company, the Consumer Purchase Act does not apply.
Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your goods, we will charge you for our delivery, return, and storage costs. The current cost for this is SEK 195 (including VAT). Uncollected packages do not count as a cancellation of your purchase. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us when using your right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange, or return of your order.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, labor market disputes, government decisions, failure of delivery from suppliers, increased costs, and similar events beyond the control of Toolbox Sweden AB, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be considered force majeure, meaning we are exempted from our obligations to fulfill entered agreements.

According to law, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions. You can set your browser to automatically reject cookies. To keep track of, among other things, login and shopping cart, session cookies are used here, which are stored on the visitor’s computer.
Price Changes from Suppliers
Toolbox works with some of the largest and most professional suppliers in the industry, and we follow our suppliers' recommended prices as much as possible. When a price increase is announced by the supplier, we try to plan for as smooth a transition as possible. If we still have goods in stock according to the old price list, the increase may be delayed. We reserve the right to refuse a purchase if the product is purchased in too large a quantity or if it is sold out before the page has been updated.
